Our training programs provide personalized, hands-on instruction across a range of in-demand healthcare disciplines, including Phlebotomy Technician, Medication Aide (Medical Tech), Personal Care Aide, Direct Care Aide, and Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA). Students benefit from small class sizes, real-world skill development, and direct guidance from experienced instructors—ensuring they gain the confidence, competence, and practical experience needed to succeed in today’s healthcare environments.

We provide professional healthcare career preparation tailored specifically for the Greater Fredericksburg area, equipping students with the skills, certifications, and job-readiness needed to succeed in local healthcare settings. Our program focuses on resume building, interview preparation, and employer expectations to help graduates confidently transition into the regional workforce and secure meaningful employment in hospitals, clinics, and home care environments.
A Registration Fee of $25 (which is non-refundable) is required for registration to confirm and secure your seat(s). This fee will go towards your tuition. Thank you!
The Direct Care Aide (DCA) course and certification are tailored for students who wish to pursue career opportunities in Private Duty, Assisted Living Facilities, or Group Home health service environments. The course is 68 hours in length.
The Personal Aide (PCA) course is tailored for students seeking certification to provide personal care services in Assisted Living Facilities and other one-on-one healthcare settings. The course is 40 hours in length.
Refresher curriculum designed for students who have previously completed the qualifications to become a Medical Technician, or for students looking to renew/refresh their status for certification in the role.
The 75-hour Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) Training course sets students on the path to work in a long-term care setting while providing direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
This program involves learning to help long-term care residents meet their physical, social, and psychological needs. Upon successful completion of the program and its practice exams, you can qualify and take Virginia’s Certified Nursing Assistant Examination (written and manual skills).
This course is tailored for students to learn the technical & procedural aspects needed to become a certified Phlebotomy Technician. The curriculum is 80 hours in length.
